Real Estate Experience
As Instructor
After starting out at a middle school and high school teacher, Jim got into real estate in 1974. In 1990, he began offering classroom instruction for real estate continuing education credits and other professions. His courses have been taught in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nevada, and Oregon. At their invitation, Jim has been a guest speaker for many other organizations in several states.
